Jessie's Story - The Solar Plexus Chakra

I'm going to share a story that will illustrate how your body’s energy field stores memories and emotions.

It will show you how we can interact with your energy body to drastically increase your health - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

As an energy healer, I've met countless people who have spent years in therapy, only to find find relief from their biggest problems with a few sessions of energy healing.

Jessie's story is a great example. In a recent client session with Jessie (not her real name), I was drawn to work on her 3rd chakra, at the mid back...

Jessie grew up with a highly critical mother and older sister. The two women criticized and belittled Jessie - her words, her opinions, her clothing, and her ideas - from the time she was very young.

Luckily, Jessie had a supportive and loving father and grandfather, but the females in her family still had a lasting impact on her view of herself.

As an adult, Jessie deals with crippling self doubt even though she has a wicked sense of humor, is great at her job and is a wonderful mother and wife.

Her mind often spirals. She wonders if she has offended or hurt someone and she constantly questions if she's doing things "right". Jessie deals with frequent stomach issues and back pain.

In her words, the mind spiraling is "exhausting!". One of the ways she began to cope with the mental exhaustion of her constant self doubt was a glass or two of wine in the evenings.

She knew she was using the alcohol as a way of softening the noise of those terrible internal voices.

With alcohol abuse in her family, she needed to know she could stop if she wanted to and that's one of the reasons she called me.

During our last session together, I became aware of some blockage in the back of Jessie's solar plexus chakra.

As I looked deeper, I became aware that the energy didn't belong to her but belonged to her sister.

It was her sister's critical voice and it had snaked into the back of Jessie's body, weaving and wrapping around the organs in her abdomen like a cancer.

Keep in mind that other people's energy can't take up residence in your field unless there's some level of agreement, meaning that on some level you feel you "deserve it".

So Jessie was dealing with her own internalized self criticism, in addition to the burden of energy that didn't belong to her.

We called in the angels for this one because I've found that the angels are experts at untangling the energies of two people.

I observed as the angels gently unwound and gathered the sister's energy, wrapped it up and placed it back in the sister's body. Immediately, the light in Jessie's body shifted as she began to fully receive energy through her 3rd chakra.

After our work together, here's what Jessie had to say:

"The session was amazing and I definitely felt different. I can't say it reflected on my sister's energy but I felt more peaceful and relaxed."

Most notably, Jessie says she "clearly felt like no longer giving an F!". Yay!

Today, Jessie continues to feel lighter in her body and less burdened by other people's opinions of her. She feels confident she can enjoy one glass of wine and stop when she wants to because she's no longer using the alcohol to numb the stress.

A healthy solar plexus (3rd) chakra houses your inner fire and is like a statement of your identity in the world. The family patterns of criticism that Jessie experienced as a child and teenager created a blockage in her third chakra.

That blockage created weakness that allowed her sister's energy to sneak in. With the help of the angels, we were able to heal a lot of that damage.
